Right of withdrawal:

If you have changed your mind after placing an order on Shop Ferrucci and you no longer want to receive the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods, as indicated by art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

Returns:
If you need to make a return of the goods received, contact Customer Service keeping the order code to hand: we will take care of verifying the incident and the existence of the necessary conditions to open a return procedure in your name.
The shipping costs shipping are charged to the customer.
The seller offers the possibility of collecting the product via an express courier, directly from the address indicated by the customer, at a cost of €9.99, which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Refunds:

• The refund procedure is opened immediately by Customer Service as soon as you make the return.
• The refund is usually made with the same method you used for the payment: for example, if you used the bank transfer, you will be credited with an amount equal to the amount you spent.
• The refund usually takes place between 14 days (in the case of withdrawal) from the sending of the Order Confirmation and 30 days (in the case of a partial refund due to the unavailability of one or more products) from the receipt of the Withdrawal Notice.
