  1. Order confirmation

6.1 The order sent through this site does not constitute a binding obligation until the moment in which Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.will not send you confirmation via email.

6.2 Ferrucci Group St.TO.St.reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse orders, especially in the case of previous unpaid invoices.

6.3 Ferrucci Group St.TO.St.accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities in stock.Therefore, the acceptance of the purchase proposal is subject to the availability of the products in stock.In the event of non-execution of the order due to the unavailability, even if only temporary, of the requested good, Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.undertakes to promptly notify the customer and to refund any sums paid for the payment of the supply.

6.4 The data recorded by Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.will constitute proof of the order and of the entire transaction.The data registered through the payment system will constitute proof of the financial transaction.

 

  1. Price

7.1 The applicable prices for products ordered by you are those published on this site on the date on which you sent your order.These prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are understood to include the Value Added Tax (I.vTO.) in force for the respective product categories to which they belong.

7.2 Shipping costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on this site on the date on which you sent your order.These rates are defined according to the products ordered.

7.3 Ferrucci Group St.TO.St.reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order confirmation in the event of an evident error in the calculation system or in the data.

  1. Delivery by national carrier

8.1 All orders confirmed by Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.will be delivered to the shipping address specified by you when placing the order.

8.2 Ferrucci Group St.TO.St.will do everything possible to ensure deliveries within 3-5 working days from receipt of the order.

8.3 Deliveries can only be made in Italy.

 

  1. Checking the goods

9.1 It is your responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods upon delivery.

9.2 In the event that you find that the goods are damaged or do not comply with the quantities ordered, you must notify the carrier and sign the delivery document with reservations as well as inform Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.within 7 days of delivery.Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.in this case, after verification, it will arrange for the possible replacement of the missing or damaged goods, in accordance with your order.

9.3 Any complaints must be addressed to Ferrucci Group S.TO.St., Via Bruxelles, 15, 76011 Bisceglie (BT).

 

  1. Warranty.

All products sold on this site are covered by the manufacturer's original Italian warranty.This guarantee will apply to products that present conformity defects and/or malfunctions that cannot be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its intended purpose and with the provisions of any technical documentation. , with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.The aforementioned guarantee will also not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of what has been purchased to electrical systems or any other type of connection that is not up to standard.You will have to return the defective product at your own expense, keeping the purchase invoice.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal

11.1 Pursuant to article 64 of Legislative Decreelgs.206/2005 you have the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of fourteen calendar days starting from the day of receipt of the goods on your part where they have been satisfied by Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.the disclosure obligations referred to in Article 52 of Legislative DecreeLegislative206/2005 or starting from the day on which the latter have been satisfied, if this occurs after the conclusion of the contract provided that no later than three months from the conclusion itself.In the event that Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.has not fulfilled the information obligations referred to in articles 52, paragraph 1, letters f) and g), and 53 of Legislative DecreeLegislative206/2005, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 90 days and starts from the day of receipt of the goods by you.This provision also applies if Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.provides incomplete or incorrect information that does not allow the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal.

11.2 The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the established deadline, a written communication to Ferrucci Group S.TO.St., Via Bruxelles, 15 , 76011 Bisceglie (BT) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.The communication can also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.The registered letter is considered sent in good time if delivered to the accepting post office within the deadline indicated above.However, the acknowledgment of receipt is not an essential condition for proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

11.3 If the goods have been delivered, you are required to return them or make them available to the supplier in good condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by the relative invoice and delivery note.The return must take place promptly, but not before the expiry of ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods.If the goods have been delivered, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

11.4 The only costs you owe for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.

11.5 If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of this article, Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.reimburses the sums paid.The refund is made free of charge, in the shortest possible time and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

  1. Payment

12.1 Payments by credit card are due and payable immediately.Your credit card details will be encrypted during the transaction for security reasons.

 

13.Force Majeure

13.1 Ferrucci Group St.TO.St.will make all the necessary efforts to fulfill its obligations.However, Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.Such circumstances include strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, natural disasters and any other event which makes the production, transportation or delivery of products impractical.

132 In the event of delays in the delivery of the products for the reasons referred to in point 13 above.1, Ferrucci Group S.TO.St.will ensure compliance with its obligations as soon as possible and will distribute the remaining stocks of its products fairly among its customers.

 

14 Place of application of the law and jurisdiction

14.1 This legal information is governed by Italian law.For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decreelgs.206/2005

142 For any dispute concerning this information or the sale of products, the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the purchaser-consumer will have jurisdiction, if located in the territory of the State, without prejudice to the provisions of article 19 of Legislative DecreeLegislative70/2003.
