Right of withdrawal:
If you have changed your mind after placing an order on Shop Ferrucci and no longer want to receive the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods, as indicated by the art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

If you need to return the goods received, you can do so independently by visiting the "Returns Area" and entering the order number (the number including the #XXXX sign that you received immediately after purchase) and the email used during the purchase phase.
You will be able to select the products for which to start the return procedure via the returns area. Subsequently (if the return is not paid by Ferrucci Comfort) you can go to a post office or any other shipping company to ship the item to our office. We require the inclusion of the customer and order reference within the product.
We will check the item received in logistics, ensure its integrity and any discrepancies and subsequently issue the refund.
Alternatively, contact the Customer Service keeping the order code at hand: we will take care of verifying what happened and the existence of the conditions necessary to open a return procedure on your behalf.

1. Company Responsibilities:
In compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative DecreeLegislative Decree 206/2005), the company accepts responsibility for returns only in cases where the error is attributable to the company itself. This includes situations where the product was incorrectly delivered or received damaged.

2. Customer responsibility (return shipping costs):
Returns due to customer errors in choosing the product are the responsibility of the customer, in particular the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, the company offers an exchange service at a cost of 8 euros, which allows the incorrect product to be collected by a courier and the correct product delivered on the same day.

3. Total Refunds:
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (art. 130 et seq.), full refunds will be made only if the product is found to be defective at source (if the company sends an already defective product to the customer). This therefore applies in particular in cases of company errors and in all cases in which the products are found to be non-compliant.
However, it will be possible to obtain a full refund only if the returned product is intact (except in the previous case of an original defect), in accordance with the original contract. In this case, this implies that if the customer makes a return due to errors not attributable to a manufacturing defect, he must undertake to return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered.

4. Partial Refunds:
In all other cases, where the product does not fall within the category of company error, a partial refund will be issued. This refund will include a reduction from the total refund amount, in proportion to the damage to the product.

5. Verification of the State of the Product:
The company Ferrucci Group SRL unipersonale reserves the right to verify the state of the returned product before proceeding with the refund. This practice is in line with the Italian Consumer Code.
6. Application of the regulations regarding the right of withdrawal:
The national regulations regarding the right of withdrawal DO NOT apply to small contracts negotiated away from business premises (article 47, paragraph 2, Consumer Code). For the purposes of qualifying as a "small contract", the limit established by national legislation is equal to 50 euros, in accordance with the provisions of EU legislation. For all other cases, the Italian regulations in force regarding the 14-day right of withdrawal will be followed; in this case, the consumer will be able to return the goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid.   • The refund procedure is opened immediately by the Customer Service/Returns Area as soon as you make the return.
  • The refund is usually made with the same method you used for payment: for example, if you used a bank transfer, you will be credited with an amount equal to the amount you spent.
  • The refund usually takes place between 14 days (in the case of withdrawal) from sending the Order Confirmation and 30 days (in the case of partial refund due to the unavailability of one or more products) from receipt of the withdrawal communication.
