Posso effettuare il reso o il cambio taglia?
Si, il reso/cambio è sempre possibile entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla consegna del prodotto. Potrà effettuarlo in autonomia seguendo le indicazioni disponibili nell'AREA RESI.
Quanto costa il servizio reso/cambio taglia?
La spedizione per la restituzione è sempre a carico dell'acquirente salvo difformità dell'articolo ricevuto e/o difetti di fabbricazione;
In caso di cambio taglia invece, è previsto un piccolo costo per il servizio pari ad euro 8,00. Questo ti consentirà di ricevere direttamente il nuovo articolo. Lo stesso corriere, inoltre, si occuperà anche del ritiro dell'articolo da rendere, pertanto non dovrai preoccuparti di nulla!
